Destinations

Jobs abroad for Nepali workers

Power Support recruits for 8 destinations in the Gulf, Malaysia and Europe. Each country guide covers the visa, typical pay in NPR, costs, labour rights and the DOFE steps.

Gulf region

Jobs in the Gulf for Nepali workers

The Gulf is the most common first destination for Nepali workers. Salaries are generally free of personal income tax, flights from Kathmandu are short, and most countries have wage-payment systems or written labour laws. Employers often provide accommodation, which helps savings. Processing is usually faster than Europe.

Asia

Jobs in Malaysia for Nepali workers

Malaysia is a long-standing destination for Nepali workers in manufacturing, plantation, construction and security. It uses a Calling Visa system and has a large Nepali community. The flight from Kathmandu is about five hours.

Europe

Jobs in Europe for Nepali workers

Romania, Croatia and Serbia hire Nepali workers in manufacturing, construction, hospitality and logistics. Romania and Croatia are EU members with EU-aligned labour law. Serbia is an EU candidate country. The process takes longer than the Gulf because the employer must first obtain a work permit and the visa is processed through the destination country's mission. Costs and living expenses are higher, so read each country guide carefully.

How we help

What Power Support does for workers

We are a DOFE-licensed recruitment agency. We do not promise jobs or pay. We explain the process, handle the paperwork and tell you the costs allowed under DOFE rules.

DOFE process, step by step

Every country guide explains the approval, medical, visa and orientation steps that apply. Overseas employment from Nepal must go through a DOFE-licensed agency.

Documents and visa support

Power Support helps workers and employers prepare the document file and processes the visa application for the destinations listed here.

Plain facts on pay and rights

Pay ranges are given as guidance only. The demand letter and contract set the actual terms. Each guide summarises local labour law so you know what to ask for.

A real office in Kathmandu

Visit us at Sinamangal-09, Kathmandu 44100, Nepal, Sunday–Friday. You can talk to a counsellor before you decide on a country.

Before you decide

Before you pick a destination

Overseas employment from Nepal is regulated by the Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE). Power Support Employment Pvt. Ltd. operates under DOFE Licence No. 1710/081/082.

Match your skills first, pay second

Some destinations ask for trade tests or language skills. The Gulf and Malaysia are usually faster to process. Choose based on what you are qualified for today.

Check that the agency is licensed

Only use agencies listed by DOFE. Free-visa and free-ticket offers from unlicensed agents are a common source of fraud.

Understand the total cost before signing

DOFE sets service-charge limits. Use the DOFE Fee Estimator to see the usual items: medical, visa, orientation and agency fee.

Know your rights from day one

Your contract must state your salary, working hours, rest day and leave. Read the Worker Rights guide before you leave.

Send your CV, we will advise

A counsellor will explain which of these destinations fits your skills and budget.
