These terms cover your use of the Power Support website (powersupport.com.np) and the recruitment services of Power Support Employment Pvt. Ltd., Sinamangal-09, Kathmandu. By using the site or applying for a role, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to apply for foreign employment through us, in line with the Foreign Employment Act 2007.
Services
We provide recruitment, screening, documentation, visa processing support and pre-departure guidance for Nepali workers seeking employment abroad, and recruitment services for overseas employers.
Fees
Service charges paid by workers never exceed the limits set by the Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE). Some employers cover part or all of the costs. We tell you what you must pay before you commit, and we give a receipt for every payment.
Limitations
The employment relationship is between the worker and the overseas employer. We act as a licensed intermediary under Nepali law (DOFE Licence No. 1710/081/082). We cannot guarantee a job, a visa or a particular outcome, because these depend on employers and government authorities.
