Semi-skilled
Usually no formal qualification. Fitness, basic English or Hindi and willingness to learn matter most. Employers often give on-the-job training.
Skilled or certified
Trade certificates (CTEVT or equivalent) or proven experience are usually asked for. Many employers run a trade test.
Professional or degree
A degree or professional registration is required, such as an engineering or nursing council registration.

Use a licensed agency
Overseas employment from Nepal must go through a DOFE-licensed agency. Power Support holds DOFE Licence No. 1710/081/082. Check any agency on the DOFE list before you pay.
Know the costs
