Ethical Recruitment Policy

Power Support Employment Pvt. Ltd. recruits in line with the Foreign Employment Act 2007 and the ILO Fair Recruitment Principles. This policy sets out the rules we follow.

Core principles

1. No recruitment fees or related costs charged to workers above DOFE-approved limits, and a receipt for every payment.
2. Freedom of movement. Workers keep their own documents at all times.
3. No deceptive recruitment. The contract matches the job that was advertised.
4. Respect for workers' right to organise and bargain collectively.
5. No discrimination on grounds of gender, caste, ethnicity, religion or age.
6. Right to remedy through an accessible and confidential complaint procedure.
